The first Panda Express I've eaten at in 10 years where all of the food was fresh and hot like it was just cooked. Although their fortune cookies need to be thrown out mine were old, soft and stale. Overall though it was very good for fast Chinese food.

Typical mall food court. Several vendors but Oddly surprised that there were many overlapping Asian cuisine options. Crowded and noisy but plenty of tables for a weekend. People were bussing and cleaning quickly to keep people moving.
